Intelligent architecture in a comprehensive system based on the subtle movement of prāna directed into the cartilage tissue, sinuous musculature, internal organs, nerve pathways and nādis

  • A Slow, Conscious Breathing (Breath Precision) System of exploring many aesthetic variations of each posture to correctly establish the main āsanas while the mind merges with the breath for attaining āsana siddhi -   A devotional and serene practice moving to the mantra of the breath - aligning, balancing, and strengthening our physical, mental and subtle bodies. The foundational ujjayi breath, has a pause or kumbhak after each inhalation and exhalation for stillness and aligning the prana - which trains the heart and mind for stillness. Our intention stays inward as we merge with the breath, with subtle awareness in the heart center and nada.  As the practitioner becomes fluent in this system it flowers into ananta samapatti where the movements are memorized and become second nature as we are absorbed in the breath.
  • Each krama has built in or assigned preparatory vinyāsas and pratikriyās (counter poses/practices) - Sequences can be practiced alone or by intelligent combination of vinyāsas from different kramas
  • Dristhi-outer or inner focused gaze to help concentration
  • Morning Cleansing kriyās
  • Seated Himalayan Prānāyāma - (with and without bandhas & kumbhaka) including ujjayi variations, solar, lunar & soli-lunar practices, praṇava & mantra prānāyāma, mudra, concentration & pratyahara practices that merge into meditation and awareness of the nāda
  • Bandha (energetic locks)
  • Mudrā (energetic bodily gestures using the bandhas & kumbhaka) & Vaseth (holding important postures for a significant time with important vinyāsa variations, bandha & kumbhaka - they are also considered mudrās)
  • Mantras & Peace Chants
  • Devotional Salutations with Mantra - Surya Namaskar & Ding Namaskar

Over 700 Intelligently Sequenced Slow Breath Precision Movement (with Pause) Variations, Static Postures and Seated Breathing, Contemplation/Meditation Practices.
